Who We Are

Sundrenched & Soulful is a luxury wellness retreat in Palm Springs designed to nourish the body, awaken the spirit, and ignite meaningful transformation.

This fall, the experience deepens as the renowned intuitive medium and spiritual teacher Susan Grau brings the full spectrum of her work - mediumship, spiritual guidance, and grief healing - to the desert. Her sessions will be interwoven with desert hikes, guided breathwork, restorative facials and massage, private shopping experiences, and slow intentional moments beneath the California sun.

Guests will enjoy thoughtfully prepared cuisine paired with some of the finest low-alcohol wine California has to offer, courtesy of Oceano, and music throughout the weekend performed by TREVAN . It’s a curated weekend of reconnection-where modern luxury meets soul work.

Meet the Team

Katherine Rhadans

Katherine “Kat” Rhadans is a mother of five, Quit Lit author, speaker, and addiction recovery advocate based just outside Kansas City, Missouri. A passionate supporter of recovery in all its forms, Kat emphasizes that no two journeys to sobriety are the same. She believes in meeting individuals where they are with empathy and compassion, recognizing that recovery often requires a unique combination of approaches tailored to each person.

Kat has been featured on podcasts, in magazines, and on television, and she has collaborated with alcohol-free and low-alcohol brands around the world. Her popular Instagram platform, No.Wine.In.The.Carpool.Line, boasts over 34,000 followers, where she hosts weekly LIVE shows that inspire and support others on their recovery journeys.

Katherine is a full time stay at home mother while enjoying a writing career on the side. She is represented by Linda Konner of the Linda Konner Literary Agency, NYC.

Team work makes the dream work, right?

  • Morgan comes to us from the corporate world, having launched her career after earning an undergraduate degree in education. A die-hard University of Virginia fan, she hails from the East Coast and cherishes time with her family- especially her nephew Jabari.

    Morgan is our point of contact, organization, and a spark of energy, and is thrilled to be joining our team-almost as thrilled as we are to have her!

  • Sumner Dowdy is a rising junior at High Point University, where she studies business and serves as Executive Secretary of the Student Justice program. A Presidential Scholar and Dean’s List honoree, Sumner is actively involved in campus life through her roles on the Executive Council of Alpha Gamma Delta as Vice President of Member Experience, a University Ambassador, and a Peer Mentor. She is also a member of the Professional Sales Club and Business Professionals of America.

    Outside the classroom, Sumner has been a team captain for the Women’s DIII Basketball Team and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters. Known for her leadership and coachability, she was recognized with Alpha Gamma Delta’s Greatest Contribution of Activities and Leadership Award in 2024.

    Fun Fact- Sumner is Kat’s daughter.
